Şti.' ünvanı ile Türkiye'nin ilk yerli otomobili olan Anadol'un perakende yedek parça satışı ile başlandı. •1980 - Anadol yedek parça satışına , Ford marka araçların yedek parça satışı da eklendi. •1984 - Avrupa'nın çeşitli ülkelerinden Ford yedek parça ithalatına başlandı. •1987 - İstanbul Aksaray'da 2000 m2 lik yeni bir depoda 10 kişilik kadrosuyla Türkiye nin belli bölümlerini kapsayacak şekilde toptan yedek parça satışına başlandı. •1990 - Avrupa'nın önde gelen otomotiv ana sanayi üreticilerinin distribütörlükleriyle faaliyetlere devam edildi. •1995 - Başbuğ Oto Yedek Parça A.Ş.' ye geçişle birlikte, tüm Türkiye'yi kapsayacak şekilde 20 kişilik bir ekiple toptan yedek parça dağıtımına başlandı. •2000 - İstanbul Beylikdüzü'nde (Hadımköy yolu üzerinde ) 20.000 m2 üzerindeki 11.250 m2 kapalı alana sahip yeni merkeze taşınarak , faaliyete devam edildi. •2002 - Otomotiv yan sanayi üreticilerinin distribütörlüklerinin yanında BASBUG ve BSG markalarıyla otomotiv yan sanayindeki ürün gamı geliştirildi. •2003- BSG markalı ürünlerin ihracatına başlandı ve 4 sene içinde 35 ülkeyi kapsayan bir ihracat potansiyeline ulaşıldı. •2007 - Başford Oto Yedek Parça Ltd.Şti.' kurularak , Ford Otosan yetkili toptan yedek parça satıcısı olarak aynı adresteki faaliyetlere orijinal yedek parça satışı da eklendi. •2009 – Başbuğ Oto Yedek Parça A.Ş. ürün çeşidine MERCEDES BENZ hafif ticari ürünlerini de ekledi. •2010 - Başbuğ Oto Yedek Parça A.Ş VW, OPEL, PEUGEOT ve CITROEN grubu araçlarıda bünyesine ekleyerek ürün yelpazesini arttırdı.
